OnlyWire – 20 Social Bookmarking Backlinks in one go

Social Networking is proving to be a great way to get backlinks quickly. This is mainly because they get indexed fast and picked up by all sorts of other sites. On top of that people can search your submissions and if you’ve tagged and labelled it correctly – find your post another way.

I’ve added a new link on the right hand site of this site – it looks like this :

OnlyWire provides a service that enables you to enter login information for 20 (at present) different Social Media sites and with one click will send info to all of them.

Here is an example of what you get when you click on the button.

This means directly after submitting my post I can easily add it to these 20 sites. Of course you need to go to the effort of creating logins and linking for these sites once, but the value of the backlinks makes it worthwhile.

Did I say it was free! Yep – and I’ve tested it and it works well.

If you add this to your site and I like your post, I’ll use it.

This is kind of the predecessor of pinging blogging sites, isn’t it? It’s just amazing how much these folks can learn, then surpass, what’s been done before. Neat program; thanks for sharing the information.

No I’m using it for free. They do have a paid option, but still offer a free service.

They had also added some more services to their list – like digg, stumbleupon etc, but they are not activated yet.

I have used OnlyWire for about 2 months now and it has been great

Except for the random Digg, or Mixx links, these never seem to show up for me in yahoo site explorer or google webmaster tools. I know others have had success with social bookmarking, but I just can’t make it work for me.

Unfortunately, big social sites like Yahoo Answers Digg Facebook and others tag any posted link as ‘nofollow’ – so it actually has zero impact in terms of SEO back linking.

The one thing I don’t like about social networks – they are not so good for making backlinks… 80 percent of them give dofollow links – and it seems like lots of useless work.

There are so many beneficial ways to really create backlinks it’s crazy. You should really just make a plan, stick with one until your ready for something else.

that’s great! i’m trying to download one, but the computer said Java needs update, so i have to wait longer. btw, i have had a trial, but how can i know whether the bookmarks has been uploaded to those sites?
